1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MangoShield service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. MangoShield reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Description of Service

MangoShield provides DDoS protection services for websites and game servers. The Service includes web application firewall (WAF), TCP/UDP proxy protection, AI-powered traffic filtering, and related security features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:

  • Using the Service to protect malicious, illegal, or abusive content
  • Launching DDoS attacks or any network abuse from protected infrastructure
  • Distributing malware, phishing, or spam through protected services
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or connected infrastructure
  • Circumventing rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or security measures
  • Reselling or sharing account access without written consent
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international law

5. AI-Powered Filtering

MangoShield uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to analyze and filter traffic. By using the Service, you consent to automated analysis of network traffic routed through our infrastructure. AI decisions may be reviewed by human operators when necessary.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay fees may result in immediate service suspension.

7. Data Collection

We collect network metadata, traffic patterns, and attack signatures to operate and improve the Service. This data may be retained for up to 90 days for security analysis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MangoShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.
